Born in Baltimore, Maryland, January 28, 1946.  Kenwood Senior High School; McAllister Institute of Mortuary Sciences.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore County, 1979-90.  Member, Economic Matters Committee; chair, Unemployment Insurance Subcommittee.  Member, Joint Committee on Administrative, Executive and Legislative Review; Special House Committee on Economic Development Strategy; Joint Committee on the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund.  Chair, Baltimore County Delegation.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Funeral director, L.E.F.D.  Served in Maryland Air National Guard.  Member, Democratic State Central Committee; Finance chair, 1974-78.  Member, Democratic Clubs; American Legion. Outstanding Young Man of America Award, 1980.
