General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Harford County, 1983-90.  Member, Environmental Matters Committee; Joint Committee on Chesapeake Bay Critical Areas.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Vice-president, Clark Sales and Service.  Member, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association; American Legislative Exchange Council; Bel Air Rotary Club; Ducks Unlimited, Harford County Chamber of Commerce; National Rifle Association.
