Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, July 19, 1909.  Attended Baltimore public schools; Army-Navy Preparatory School; University of Baltimore LL.B., 1929.  Married to Evelyn Franklin; one daughter.  Died March 23, 2009, in Lake Worth, Florida. Buried at Beth Tfiloh Cemetery, Pikesville, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore City, 1951-66.  Chair, Intergovernmental Cooperation Committee, 1955-64; Metropolitan Affairs Committee, 1965-66.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Lawyer. Member, Worker's Compensation Commission, 1966-79. Served in U.S. Army during World War II.  Member, American, Maryland State, and Baltimore Bar Associations; Knights of Pythias; Masons; American Legion. Past patron, Order of the Eastern Star. President, Jewish National Fund of Baltimore.
