Biography:
Born in Shelltown, Maryland, October 10, 1918. Son of Leroy and Annie (Powell) Butler. Attended Somerset County public schools and Blackman's Course, Washington, D. C. Married; one son. Died October 12, 1968, in Princess Anne, Maryland. Buried at St. Paul's Cemetery, Marion Station, Maryland.

Farmer and poultryman. Administrative assistant, Board of County
Commissioners, Somerset County, 1967-68. Member, Marion Volunteer
