Biography:

Born in Elkton, Maryland, January 31, 1930.  Attended Cecil County public schools; University of Richmond; Goldey Business College, Wilmington, Delaware; University of Maryland Law School.  Married to Judy Keller; two children.  Died October 12, 2001 in Elkton. Buried at Elkton Cemetery. 

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Cecil County, 1955-62.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Insurance and real estate broker.  Chair, Maryland Transportation Commission, 1971-83.  Member, Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission, Cecil, Kent, & Queen Anne's counties; term expires 2003.  Member, Kiwanis.
