Biography:

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, July 11, 1927.  Attended Washington, D.C. public schools; University of Maryland; George Washington University.  Married; six children.  Died October 22, 2010, in Rockville, Maryland.  Buried at Garden of Remembrance Cemetery, Clarksburg, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Montgomery County, 1963-66.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Real estate developer and builder.  Served in U.S. Army during World War II.  President, Southwest Development Company.  Candidate for Maryland Comptroller of the Treasury, 1966.  National Relations Officer, Office of the Governor, 1967-68.  CEO, Bresler & Reiner, Inc.  Board member, National Union Insurance Company; B'nai B'rith; Hebrew Home for the Aged; Chamber of Commerce.  Member, Masons; Shrine; Montgomery County Historical Society; Society of Spongers; Symphony Association; Camp Echo Lake; United Givers Fund; Red Cross; Toastmasters Club.
