Biography:

Born in Norton, Virginia, October 23, 1922.  Attended Virginia public schools; George Washington University.  Married to James E. Blumenschein.  Died July 22, 2012.  Buried at Cheltenham Veteran Cemetery, Cheltenham, Maryland.  

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Prince George's County, 1963-65.  Resigned January 1, 1965.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Member, Prince George's County Council.  Retired from Prince George's County Government.  Associated with Remax 100 Realty in Dunkirk.  Commissioner, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
