Associate Judge, Baltimore City Circuit Court, 8th Judicial Circuit, January 18, 1995 to February 28, 2006. Retired February 28, 2006. Chair, Child Support Enforcement Committee, Maryland Judicial Conference, 1996-2001.

Adult Services and Child Welfare Caseworker, 1967-70, then Family Services Supervisor, 1971-72, Department of Social Services, Baltimore City.
