Born Daisy Alverda Stagmer, in Baltimore, Maryland, August 24, 1925.  Attended Baltimore County public schools; Catonsville High School; University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.  Married to David E. Booth; three sons.  Died July 2, 2011, in Towson, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore County, 1975-82.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Housewife.  President, League of Women Voters of Baltimore County, 1967-71; League of Women Voters of Maryland, 1973-74.  President, Maryland Association of Elected Women, 1979-80.  Member, Task Force on Documents, 1980-84.   Member and president, Legislative Study Group.  Member, Organization of Women Legislators; Human Resources Development Agency of Baltimore County; Board of American Civil Liberties Union; Department of Human Resources Advisory Council; Task Force to Study the Purchase of Tax Deferred Annuities. Vice-president, The Children's Guild.
