Biography:

Born Louise Virginia Kramer in Baltimore, Maryland, June 28, 1942.  Daughter of Peter F. and Mary Frances (Gelwicks) Kramer.  Attended Maryvale Preparatory School; Frederick Community College, pre-hygiene program; University of Maryland Dental School, certification as dental assistant.  Married to Franklin P. Snodgrass III; two children, Anne and Mark.  Died June 12, 2009, in Dover, Delaware. Buried at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick, Maryland.
