Born in Silver Spring, Maryland, February 21, 1967.  Attended Puritan Christian School, Laytonsville; Georgetown University, B.A., 1992.  Married; two children.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Legislative District 39 (R), Montgomery County, 1995-99.  Member, Economic Matters Committee, 1995-96; Workers' Compensation Subcommittee.  Appropriations Committee, 1997; Public Safety and Administration Subcommittee.  Member, Special Joint Committee on Competitive Taxation and Economic Development, 1996-97.  Commerce and Government Matters Committee, 1998-99; Motor Vehicles Subcommittee; State Government and Civil Rights Subcommittee.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Business owner.  Member, Task Force on the Maryland Prepaid-Tuition Savings Program, 1996.  Member, Maryland Chamber of Commerce; Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce; Legislative Affairs Committee.
