Born in Omaha, Nebraska, January 31, 1926.  Attended University of Oklahoma, B.S., engineering, 1947. Died September 11, 2004, in Baltimore, Maryland.

Chair, Howard County Republican Central Committee.  President, Howard County Republican Club; Howard County Citizens Association.  Life member and president, Howard County Chapter, NAACP.  Member, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).  First Life Achievement Award, Howard County Republican Party, 1986.
