General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Dorchester, Wicomico Counties, 1995-99.  Member, Environmental Matters Committee, 1995-99; Environmental and Natural Resources Subcommittee.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Member, Forum for Rural Maryland, 1995-98; Lead Poisoning Prevention Commission, 1996-98; Governor's Wetlands Restoration Steering Committee, 1997-99; Solid Waste Management Task Force, 1998.
