Biography:

Born in Silver Spring, Maryland, July 5, 1947.  Attended Towson State College, B.A., 1969; Georgetown University Law Center, J.D., 1972.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, Supreme Court Bar.  Married.  Died August 29, 2012, in Maryland.

House of Delegates, Legislative District 17 (D), Montgomery County, 1983-2007.  Member, Constitutional and Administrative Law Committee, 1983-89; Ways and Means Committee, 1989-94 (chair, financing resources subcommittee, 1992-94); Rules and Executive Nominations Committee, 1990-2007.
