Biography:

Born in Chicago, Illinois, December 7, 1932.  Attended U.S. Naval Academy, B.S., 1954; U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, M.S., Electrical Engineering, 1962.  Married; two children.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Montgomery County, 1995-99.  Member, Ways and Means Committee, 1995-99; Fee Subcommittee; Taxes and Revenues Subcommittee.  Member, Special Committee on School Enrollment Management, 1996-97.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Navy, 1950-84, retired as captain; Bronze Star for duty commanding a destroyer, Vietnam.  Senior engineer.
