Born in Washington, D.C., May 8, 1930.  Attended Trinity College (Washington, D.C.), B.A., economics, 1951; Catholic University of America, graduate studies, economics, 1951-53.  Married, Eugene Roesser (d. 2003), 1957; three children. Died, Bethesda, Maryland, October 2, 2017. Buried at St. Gabriel Cemetery, Potomac, Maryland.
