Attended Mount St. Joseph High School; Villanova University, B.A. (dean's list; varsity lacrosse); The Johns Hopkins University; attended Loyola College, M.B.A. program; University of Baltimore School of Law, J.D., 1975.   Three children:  Mary Lacy, Hollis and Matthew Pica.
