Born in Baltimore, Maryland, September 8, 1935. Attended Baltimore public schools; University of Baltimore; University of Baltimore School of Law, LL.B., 1960. Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1960. Married; four children, including Norman R. Stone, III. Died June 16, 2023, in Annapolis, Maryland.
