Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, December 1, 1933.  Attended Baltimore City and Baltimore County public schools; Hood College, B.A., 1955; University of Maryland School of Law, LL.B., 1958.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1958.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates (D), Baltimore County, 1964-66.  Appointed to House of Delegates, March 10, 1964, vice A. Gordon Boone, resigned.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Member, Commission to Prepare Substantive Changes, As Necessary, in the Mental Health Laws of the State of Maryland, 1967-68; Committee to Study Alcoholic Beverage Laws, 1969-70; board of visitors, Towson State College, 1969-78.  Member of numerous Baltimore County Democratic clubs.  Member, Baltimore County and Maryland State Bar Associations; Soroptomist Club; Advisory Board of Northern Area YWCA.; Phi Delta Delta.
