Biography:

Born Patricia Lavonne O'Brien in Marcus, Iowa, May 27, 1922.  Daughter of Michael and Myrtle O'Brien.  Attended Iowa parochial schools; University of Maryland; University of Alabama; Creighton University; Adelphi College.  Married to Lt. Col. Albert S. Aiken; two children.  Died October 21, 2014, in Annapolis, Maryland. 

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Anne Arundel County, 1975-78.

Private Career and Other Public Interest:
Secretary, Maryland Environmental Trust; Soil Conservation District Supervisor, Anne Arundel County.  First president, Women's Political Caucus of Anne Arundel County.  Member, League of Women Voters.  Board member, Parole Day Care Center.  Appointed by Governor, Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission, 7th Commission District (Anne Arundel County), 1996-2003.
