Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, April 4, 1932.  Attended Baltimore City public schools; University of Baltimore; University of Baltimore Law School, LL.B., 1959.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1959.  Married; three children.  Died July 20, 2009, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore County, 1967-70.  Member, Ways and Means Committee, 1967-70.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
People's counsel, Public Service Commission, 1970-71.  County administrative judge, District Court of Maryland, District 8, Baltimore County, 1971-76; Associate judge, 1971-81.  Associate judge, Baltimore County Circuit Court, 3rd Judicial Circuit, 1981-2002. Member, Child Support Enforcement Committee, Maryland Judicial Conference, 1997-2000.  Member, Heuisler Honor Society.  Charter member and President, Rotary Club of Parkville.  Member, Maryland State and Baltimore County Bar Associations.
