Born in Baltimore, Maryland, December 25, 1938. Randolph-Macon Women's College, A.B., 1959; University of Maryland School of Law, J.D., 1969. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1969.

County Administrative Judge, Baltimore County Circuit Court, 3rd Judicial Circuit, May 5, 1992-1997 (Associate Judge, 1988-92, 1997-2001). Retired January 12, 2001. Member, Commission on Judicial Disabilities, 1991-96 (past chair); Family and Domestic Relations Law Committee, Maryland Judicial Conference, 1998-2001.
