Private Career and Other Public Service:
Organizational and political consultant.  Member, League of Women Voters; Common Cause; Maryland Conference of Social Concern; Howard County Democratic Central Committee, 1974-78.  Treasurer, Maryland Democratic Party, 1974-76.  Chair, Maryland Democratic Party Affirmative Action, 1974-78.  Democratic National Committee, 1976-80.  Vice-chair, East Coast Region, Democratic National Committee, 1976-80.  Member, Governor's Commission on Adoption Laws.
