of Counties Labor and Employee Benefits Steering Committee, 1979-82.
President, Harford County Child Protection Council, 1981. President,
Maryland Association of Elected Women, 1985. Delegate, Democratic
National Convention, 1988. Historic Site Survey Committee of the
Aberdeen Appearance and Preservation Committee. Member, Board of
Directors of Havre de Grace Decoy Museum. Member, Harford County
