Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, April 12, 1927.  Attended Baltimore City public schools; Baltimore City College; University of Baltimore; University of Baltimore Law School, LL.B., 1967.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1957; U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland; U.S. Supreme Court.  Married; three children.  Died September 22, 2005, in Pikesville, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore County, 1967-71.  Member, Retail Credit Sales Study Committee, 1969-71.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Private law practice, 1957-1983.  Member, Commission on Young Offenders, 1971-72.  Baltimore County Attorney, 1979-83.  Judge, Baltimore County Circuit Court, 3rd Judicial Circuit, 1983-94.  Special Master, Family Law Settlement Court, Baltimore County Circuit Court, 1994-99.  Private arbitrator, 1999-2005. Member, Heuisler Honor Society; Maryland State Bar Association; Baltimore County Bar Association; Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution; Maryland Trial Lawyers Assocation; Board of Visitors, Towson University.
