Biography:

Born August 12, 1912, in Princeton, West Virginia. Attended West Virginia public schools; West Virginia University, B.S., 1938; Washington and Lee University; University of Maryland Law School, LL.B., 1944. Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1944. Married Charlotte Weikinger in 1944; two sons, James A. Pine, Jr. of Towson, and Frank C. Pine of Baldwin; two daughters, Nancy Lee Pine of Baldwin, and Mary Pine Beadle of Paradise Valley, Ariz.; four grand children. Died January 22, 1998, in Baldwin, Maryland..
