Biography:

Born September 27, 1936.  Attended University of Maryland, B.S.E.E., 1963; American University, M.B.A., 1969.  Died April 3, 2010, in Annapolis, Maryland.

General Assembly:
Maryland State Senate, Legislative District 13 (Howard County, 1983-92). Democrat. Member, Judicial Proceedings Committee. Chair, Select Committee No. 5, Howard County.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Air Force, 1954-57.  District Sales Manager, Hewlett Packard.  Member, Task Force on Child Abuse and Neglect; Korean War Memorial Commission.  Member, Howard County Council, 1974-82.  Past President, University of Maryland Howard County Alumni Association.  Member, Clarksville Lions; Howard County Striders; Howard County Bee Keepers Association; Terrapin Club; American Legion, VFW; Moose; Society of Senates Past.
