Biography:

Born in Washington, D.C., October 22, 1933, son of Maurice and Nathlie Levitan. Attended Washington and Lee University, B.S., 1955; George Washington Law School, J.D., 1958. Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1964. Married: Barbara; three children. Died March 20, 202 in Bethesda, Maryland.
