Biography:

Born in Baltimore, September 22, 1931.  Attended Baltimore schools; Phillips Academy, Andover, MA; Princeton University, A.B., cum laude, 1953; Harvard Law School, LL.B., 1958.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1958; District of Columbia Bar, 1980. Married to Patricia Jane Voneiff; two sons. Died April 9, 2017, in Baltimore County, Maryland.
