A True and Perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods chattels and personal estate of Mary R. Ridgely late of Baltimore City deceased, appraised by us, the subscribers, Nathan S. Bacharach and Edward Biddleman jointly, and having been first legally authorized and having taken the Oath prescribed by Law as can be seen by the Warrant to appraise and Certificate thereto annexed

An Annuity or annual sub-ground rent of $ 30 issuing and arising out of a certain Lot of Ground in the City of Baltimore, situated in the Northwest side of Oxford street, about 100 feet. ???????????? of Druid Hill Avenue: fronting on said first mentioned street about 12 feet with a depth of about 55 feet. An Annuity or annual sub-ground rent of $ 15 issuing and arising out of a certain Lot of Ground in the City of Baltimore, situated on the Northeast side of St. Mary street about 180 feet Northeast of Durst alley: fronting on said street about 13 3/12 feet with a depth of about feet.

We the subscribers do certify that the aforegoing is a true and just Inventory and valuation of all and singular the goods chattels and personal estate of the said Mary R. Ridgely deceased so far as the same had come to our sight and knowledge: and as valued and appraised by as in dollars and cents according to the best of our skill and judgement.
