Morris, Executor of David Ridgely, decesed, the sum of One Hundred and eighty eight Dollars and seventy five cents, being a Tax or Duty of Two and One-Half per Centum on $7550. the amount of certain collateral Legacies bequeathed by the Will of the said Deceased, and which are subject to said Tax on Duty for the use of said State, in pursuance of the Public General Laws of Maryland, Article 81, Section 102, to wit:
