(House Bill 1047)

AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - Code of Public Local Laws

FOR the purpose of confirming the legality of the 1979
Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick
County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick
County, 1979, being Article 11 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, published under the direction of the Board
of County Commissioners of Frederick County, as Part II,
Frederick County Code 1979, be confirmed as legal and be
taken as evidence of the laws purporting to be contained
therein in all the courts of this State, and by all public
officials of the State and its political subdivisions.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

Frederick County - Tax Sale Deeds - Execution

FOR the purpose of allowing certain individuals to execute
tax sale deeds in absence of the tax collector of
Frederick County; and clarifying language.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
