and at a meeting of the board of directors, in the absence
of the applicant, at which a majority of the members of the
board of directors are present.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 56 — Licenses

The following fees shall be charged by and paid to the
Commission by resident applicants.

(f) For each change of office or place of business, a
fee of [one ($1.00) dollar] $5.
