Peregrine Browne    Dt.    Which writt was returned Cepi Corpus pr    Elias King Sherf.
& Compa.    at.    But ye Said Plaintf. by Richard Macklin their Attry moves ye Court
Henry Hynson    that ye Said Defendt. Henry Hynson may be Comitted into ye Sherf. Custody
untill he find Espll. baile to Said Action which was Granted
Ordered Therefore that ye Said Defendt. Henry Hynson be Taken by ye Sherf. of this County
into his Custody untill find Espll. to ye Action now Depending between him & Peregrine
Browne and Compa.                                                                   Jno Dowdall Clk

Att which time came into Court ye Sd. Defendt. Henry Hynson and brings Along wth. him
Robert Smith Esqr. his Security and ye Sd. Robert oblidges himselfe that ye Said Defendt.
Henry Hynson Shall pay Condemnacon if Cast or else he will Doe it for him
On which Day ye Said Henry Hynson in his prpr person Appeares & prayes thereof to
Imparle untill ye next Court which was Granted unto him ye Same day was given ye Plaintf.

& Compa.    ads. pr Elias King Sherf.

ads.    But at ye Said Plaintf. by Richd. Macklin his Attry moves ye Court that ye
Thomas Prestage    Said Defendt. Thomas Prestage may be Comitted into ye Sherf. Custody
untill he find Espll. baile to Said Action which was Granted unto him
Ordered Therefore that ye Sherf. of this County Take into his Custody ye Said Thomas Prestage
& there to remaine untill he find Espll. baile to Said Action            Jno Dowdall Clk
Att which time ye Said Defendt. Thomas Prestage comes into Court and brings along with him
Majr. John Hawkins his Security & ye Said John Hawkins oblidges himselfe that ye Said
Thomas Prestage Shall pay Cost of Suite & Debt if Cast or Else he will doe it for him
And ye Said Thomas Prestage in his proper person appeares & prayes thereof to Imparle
untill ye next Court which was Granted unto him ye Same day was given ye Plaintf. alsoe

Macklin theire Attry moves ye Court that ye Said Defendt. Thomas Tolly may find Espll. baile
to Said Three Actions and that he may be Comitted into ye Sherf Custody untill Such time as
he find baile which was Granted unto them
It was Therefore Ordered That ye Sherf. of this County take into his Custody ye Said Defendt.
Thomas Tolly and there to remaine untill he find Espll. baile to ye Three Actions against
him at Suite of Henry Braily in Two Actions and one at ye Suite of Perigrine Browne

at.    Which action was Struck off by ye Plaintfs.       pr Elias King Sherf.
