       Then Came Daniel Moy of S.t Mareys County Planter and desired that
       the mark of his Hoggs and Cattell might be Recorded which follows (viz)
       swallow fork of the Right Ear and Cropp Two slitts and under bitted of

       Then Came Daniel Berry of S.t Michaels Hundred in S.t Maryes County plant.r
       and desired that the Mark of his Cattell and Hoggs might be Recorded as

       To all Christian People to whom these presents shall come William Blathwayt
       Esq.r Surveyor and Auditor Generall of their Ma.ties Revenues arising in American sendeth
       Greeting Whereas his late Ma.ties King Charles the second of blessed memory by his Letters
       Pattents under the great seale of England bearing date the Nineteenth day of May in the
       Two and Thirtieth year of his Reign did Give and Grante unto him the said William
       Blathwayt the Office of Surveyor and Auditor Generall of the Revenues of his said Ma.tie
       his heires and successors ariseing in America with full power and authority to Inspect
       Examine State and Audit and with the allowance and consent of the Lord high Treasurer
       Comissioners of the Treasury and Chancellor of the Exchequer for the time being to determine
       all and singular Accounts all of all such Rents Revenues Prises Fines Escheats
       Forfeitures Duties and profitts whatsoever as were by reason of any matter or thing
       hapened since the begining of the first Warr that was between the said Ma.ties and the
       states Generall of the United Netherlands and not before and w.ch should at any time become
       due or payable to his said Ma.tie his heires & successors dureing the continuance of the said
       Letters pattents in or from all or any of his said Ma.ties Dominions Islands Colonies and
       Plantacons in America and by all lawfull wayes and means to cause the same to be
       received recover'd and paid to the proper Officers for the use of his said Ma.tie his heires
       and successors To have and to hold Exercise and Enjoy the said Office to him the said
       William Blathwayt by himself or his sufficient Deputy or Deputyes for and during
       the time and soe long as he the said William Blathwayt should well behave himself in
       the said Office with farther power in the said Letters Pattents containd for him the said
       William Blathwayt from time to time to Constitute and appoint by any writeing under his
       hand and seale such Inferior Officers for the better expediting and carrying on the said
       service in relacon to the said Officers by Nominacon Warrant and Direction from the Lord
       high Treasurer of England or Comissioners of the Treasury for the time being he the said
       William Blathwayt should be directed and the said Inferiour Offices from time to time
       to suspend Remove and Displace as to him the said William Blathwayt with allowance
       and direction of the Lord Treasurer or Commissioners of the Treasury for the time being
       should be thought necessary and expedient Now know yee that the said William
       Blathwayt for the more effectuall Execution and performance of the premisses and
       for the better expediting and carrying on their Ma.ties Service hath by the Nomination
       Warrant and direction of the right Hon.ble the Lords Commissioners of their
       Ma.ties Treasury Constituted and appointed and doth by these presents Constitute and appoint
       Edward Randolph Esq.r to be his Deputy and Under Officer within Their Ma.ties Province
       of Maryland for the purposes and to the Ends hereafter mencon'd and no other (that
       is to say) That he the said Edward Randolph shall and the said William Blathwayt doth
       hereby Give and Grante full power and authority to the said Edward Randolph to Inspect
       Examine and State all Accompts of such Rents Revenues Prizes Fines Escheats Seizures
       Forfeitures Duties and Profitts whatsoever as are by reason or Cause of any matter or
       thing happen'd or fallen since the begining of the said first Warr that was between his
       said Ma.tie and the said States and not before or which at any time from and after the
       date of the said Letters Pattents have happen'd fallen or shall hereafter happen fall or
