                      six Came before us Willm Diggs and Edward Pye two Of his Lorpps Justices
                      of The provincial Court of This province Cap.t Willm Whittington of accomack
                      County in the Col.o of Virginia and acknowledged the within menconed to
                      be his act and deed      William Digges   Edward Pye

       Memd y.t This day to wit this twelfth day of June in y.e eleaventh yeare of the Dominion
       of The right honoble Charles &c.a Annoq sixteen hundred Eighty six before us William
       Stevens one of his Lopps Justices of The provincial Court of this province and Thomas Newbold
       one of his Lopps Justices Came Hester the wife of William Whittington in her proper pson and the said
       Hester being by the said Justices alone and secretly Examined according to y.e forme of a Certaine
       act of assembly in y.t Case made & provided did acknowledge the land in the Within written made
       to be y.e rights of the within named Robert Doyne as y.t to such y.e said Robert Doyne
       has of the gift of the said Hester y.e wife of William Whittington and for her
       and her heires have remised and made quit Claime thereof to the said Robert Doynes
       and his heires for ever and further y.e said Hester have granted for her and heires y.t
       the said Land within mentioned unto him y.e said Robert Doynes ^&^ his heires Against the said
       Hester and her heires will warr.t for ever and for his acknowledgement remise quit Claime
       and agreem.t y.e said Robert Doynes hath given the Consideration of sixteen thousand pds
       of tobacco and Casq
