Senator James, from Rules Committee, reported SENATE BILL NO. 4—
By Senators Lapides and Finney:

AN ACT concerning

Financial Disclosure

FOR the purpose of changing the times for filing of disclosure state-
ments, clarifying which assets and liabilities must be disclosed,
correcting an error therein and generally relating to disclosure by
public officials.

Senator James, from Rules Committee, recommended Senate Bill No. 4 be
re-referred to the Judicial Proceedings Committee.

Said recommendation was approved and Senate Bill No. 4 was referred
to Judicial Proceedings Committee.

ADJOURNMENT

At 5:10 o'clock P.M. on motion of Senator Snyder, duly seconded, the
Senate adjourned until Thursday, August 16, 1973 at 12:00 o'clock noon.
