On page SEC. 2-10, in line 19, of the third reader file copy, strike
"apppointed" and in lieu thereof insert "appointed".

On page 9-7, of the third reader file copy, in line 12, strike the brackets;
in line 13, strike the brackets and delete "SECRETARY OF AGRICUL-
TURE"; in line 15, strike the brackets; in line 16, strike the brackets
and delete 'SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE"; in line 19, strike both
sets of brackets; in line 20 delete "SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE";
in line 23, strike the brackets and delete "SECRETARY OF"; in line 24,
delete "ARICULTURE"; in line 25, strike both sets of brackets; in line
26, delete "SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE"; in line 27, strike both
sets of brackets and delete "HIS"; in line 30 strike both sets of brackets
and delete "SECRETARY"; and in line 31 delete "OF AGRICULTURE".

and in lieu thereof insert "PLANT'S" and in line 12 delete "OVERFLOW"
and in lieu thereof insert "POINT OF DISCHARGE".

Amendment No. 13—

On page 8-183 of the third reader file copy, in line 12, delete "WITH"
and in lieu thereof insert "WITHIN".
