Senator Snyder asked that the Rules be suspended in order to report
the following bill and two-thirds of the Senators-elect, voting in the affirm-
ative, the Rules were suspended by yeas and nays as follows:

Subject: MAKING AN EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION FOR THE
PAYMENT OF THE EXPENSES OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY SESSION OF 1973.

Favorable report adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered passed to its third reading.

Two-thirds of the Senate elected having voted in the affirmative by
yeas and nays, as follows, complying with the Constitution, put bill on its
third reading and final passage.
