ORDERED BY THE SENATE OF MARYLAND, That except as pro-
vided otherwise in this Order, the Senate of Maryland for the Special
Session beginning Monday, July 30, 1973, adopts the Rules of the Senate
as they existed at the close of the Regular Session of 1973.

Senate Rule 38 and any other applicable Rule of the Senate is amended
for the duration of the Special Session of July 30 to provide for com-
mittee references as follows:

Senate Bill No. 1 concerning Courts is referred to the Committee on
Judicial Proceedings.

Senate Bill No. 2 concerning Agriculture is referred to the Senate Com-
mittee on Economic Affairs.

All other introductory bills, joint resolutions, and simple resolutions
shall be referred to the Senate Committee on Rules.
