Senate Bill No. 6—By Senator Emanuel:

An Act to add new Section 59-107 to the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, being Article
17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), and to add new
Section 70-113 to the Montgomery County Code 1965 Edition (being Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), titles "Prince George's
County" and "Montgomery County," respectively, subtitle "Park and
Planning Commission," to follow immediately after Sections 59-106 and 70-
112, respectively, as added by Chapter 362 of the Acts of 1971, to
place the Prince George's County Planning Board under the direct
supervision and control of the Prince George's County government, to
make it an agency of the County government, and to make laws previously
enacted regarding it County laws.

Senate Bill No. 7—By Senators Bauman and Boyer:

A BILL ENTITLED
AN ACT concerning

Cecil County—Deputy Sheriffs and Clerks

FOR the purpose of increasing the salary scale for deputy sheriffs and
clerks in Cecil County and increasing the number of deputy sheriffs.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

Article 87—Sheriffs

Section 37 (g)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1969 Replacement Volume and 1972 Supplement)
