An Act to add a new Article to the Annotated Code of Maryland, to be
designated and known as the "Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article",
to revise, restate, and recodify the laws of this State pertaining to courts

structure, and authority of the courts, the number, compensation, authority
and duties of judges, courts officers, and other court personnel, the juris-
