SENATE BILL NO. 4—By Senators Lapides and Finney:
FOR the purpose of changing the times for filing of disclosure state-
ments, clarifying which assets and liabilities must be disclosed, clarifying
which public officials must disclose, changing the penalty for violation,
creating the Financial Disclosure Advisory Board, correcting an error
therein and generally relating to disclosure by public officials.
