AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 15

AS AMENDED BY
DELEGATE WOLFGANG AMENDMENTS

Offered from the floor by Delegates Sklar .and Rynd:
Amendment No. 1—

After line 6 of Amendment No. 1 of the Wolfgang Amendment insert
the following :

"(H) A SCHEDULE OF ALL PERSONS REPRESENTED BY
THE PERSON MAKING THE STATEMENT FOR COMPENSA-
TION, BEFORE A STATE AGENCY INVOLVING OTHER THAN
A JUDICIAL OF QUASIJUDICIAL PROCEEDING, INCLUDING
THE NAME OF THE PERSONS REPRESENTED, THE SERV-
ICES PERFORMED, AND THE CONSIDERATION.

(I) A SCHEDULE OF ALL STATE AGENCIES REPRE-
SENTED BY THE PERSON MAKING THE STATEMENT FOR
COMPENSATION, INCLUDING THE NAME OF THE AGENCIES,
THE SERVICES PERFORMED, AND THE CONSIDERATION.

(J) A SCHEDULE OF ALL CONTRACTUAL RELATION-
SHIPS WITH THE STATE OR A STATE AGENCY, INCLUDING
THE SUBJECT MATTER AND THE CONSIDERATION.

(K) A SCHEDULE OF ALL TRANSACTIONS WITH THE
STATE INVOLVING A MONETARY CONSIDERATION, EX-
CLUDING THOSE ENUMERATED BY THE FINANCIAL DIS-
CLOSURE ADVISORY BOARD.

(L) SUCH ADDITIONAL INTERESTS OR INFORMATION
AS THE PERSON MAKING THE STATEMENT MIGHT DE-
SIRE."

In line 2 of Amendment No. 2 of the Wolfgang Amendments strike
" (H)" and insert in lieu thereof "(L)".

HOUSE BILL NO. 15

Offered from the floor by Delegates Gallagher and Foley:
Amendment No. 1—

In line 15 of the title of the printed bill, immediately after the word
"disclosure", insert the following:

"; and making the provisions of this Act apply to certain employees
of and other persons connected with certain newspapers, magazines,
periodicals, and radio and television stations in Maryland".
