ABOVE SHALL BE FILED WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS SUBTITLE, AND SHALL COVER
THAT PORTION OF THE CALENDAR YEAR WHICH BEGINS WITH
JANUARY 1, 1973 AND EXTENDS THROUGH AUGUST 29, 1973."
