THE SEVERAL COURTS OF THE STATE PURSUANT TO THIS
SECTION FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR IMMEDIATELY PRE-
CEDING THE YEAR IN WHICH THE CERTIFICATE OF CANDI-
DACY IS FILED. THE STATE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF
ELECTION LAWS SHALL NOT ACCEPT ANY CERTIFICATE OF
CANDIDACY OR CERTIFICATE OF NOMINATION UNLESS
THE REQUIRED STATEMENT HAS BEEN FILED. WITHIN
THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF A STATEMENT BY
THE STATE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF ELECTION LAWS,
THE STATE ADMINISTRATOR OF ELECTION LAWS SHALL
FORWARD THE STATEMENT TO THE PERSON DESIGNATED
BY THE COURT OF APPEALS TO RECEIVE THE STATEMENTS
REQUIRED TO BE FILED BY JUDGES PURSUANT TO THIS
SECTION."

Amendment No. 50—

In line 23, on page 10 of the first reader, strike the numerals "28-10"
and insert in lieu thereof the numerals "29-10".

Amendment No. 51—

In line 24, on page 10 of the first reader, strike the word "AND" and
insert in lieu thereof, a comma; and in line 25 of the same page, strike
the word "IS" and insert in lieu thereof, the following: "AND EACH OF
THE INCORPORATED MUNICIPALITIES ARE"; and in lines 26 and
27 strike all language beginning with "THE" in line 26 and continuing
through and including "COUNTY" in line 27, and insert in lieu thereof
the following: "THEIR RESPECTIVE JURISDICTIONS".

Amendment No. 52—

In lines 28 through 32, on page 10 of the first reader, strike all lan-
guage beginning with "IN" on line 28 and continuing through and includ-
ing "CITY" in line 32.

In line 34, on page 10 of the first leader, immediately after the word
"ARTICLES", insert the numerals "23A,".

Amendment No. 54—

After line 37 on page 10 of the first reader, insert the following lan-
guage :

THE GOVERNOR MAY, BY EXECUTIVE ORDER, REQUIRE
PERSONS HOLDING STATE POSITIONS COMPENSATED IN
WHOLE OR IN PART BY PUBLIC FUNDS AND NON-COMPEN-
