In line 28 on page 3 of the first reader, immediately after the word
"FILED.", insert the following: "AS OF THE AWARDING OR EXECU-
TION OF A CONTRACT OR LEASE THE TOTAL THEN ASCERTAIN-
ABLE CONSIDERATION THEREBY COMMITTED TO BE PAID,
REGARDLESS OF THE PERIOD OF TIME OVER WHICH SUCH PAY-
MENTS ARE TO BE MADE, SHALL BE INCLUDED."

In line 29 on page 3 of the first reader, after the letter "A", strike the
word "LEGITIMATE", and in line 30, after the first word "CHILD" strike
the words "OR ILLEGITIMATE CHILD, AS WELL AS" and insert in
lieu thereof a ",".

After line 31 on page 3 of the first reader, add the following:

"(F) "GIFT" INCLUDES ANY GIFT, REWARD, HONORAR-
IUM, OR TESTIMONIAL, WHETHER OR NOT IT RELATES TO
THE PERFORMANCE OF OFFICIAL DUTIES."
