Amendment No. 1—

In line 22 on page 1 of the first reader strike "SECTION 3" and insert
in lieu thereof "SECTIONS 2A AND 3".

Amendment No. 2—

In line 26 on page 1 of the first reader strike "TEN PERCENT (10%)"
and insert in lieu thereof "EIGHT AND ONE-HALF (8˝)".

Amendment No. 3—

After Committee Amendment No. 8, on page 2 of the first reader insert
the following:

"(E) THE INTEREST RATE SHALL INCLUDE THE TOTAL
AMORTIZED COST OF THE LOAN AND SHALL INCLUDE ANY
POINTS, PREMIUMS, FINDER'S FEES OR OTHER CHARGES
LEVIED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY AGAINST THE PERSON
OBTAINING THE LOAN OR AGAINST THE SELLER, LENDER,
MORTGAGEE OR ANY OTHER PARTY TO THE TRANSACTION,
BUT NOT INCLUDING PREMIUMS FOR INSURANCE, FEES
FOR TITLE AND LEGAL WORK, CONVEYANCING, SURVEY-
ING, ENGINEERING, CREDIT REPORTS, APPRAISALS, IN-
SPECTIONS, NOTARY AND RECORDING SERVICES."
