On page 8-178, of the third reader file copy, in line 11 delete "PLANT"
and in lieu thereof insert "PLANT'S" and in line 12 delete "OVER-
FLOW" and in lieu thereof insert "POINT OF DISCHARGE".

Amendment No. 13—

On page 8-183 of the third reader file copy, in line 12, delete "WITH"
and in lieu thereof insert "WITHIN".

Which amendment was read and, concurred in.
