This bill would prohibit any person in Anne Arundel County charged with

House Bill 568, which was enacted by the General Assembly, and signed
by me on May 21, 1973, accomplishes the same purpose.

Therefore, it is unnecessary for me to sign Senate Bill 435.

Sincerely,

MARVIN MANDEL,
Governor.
